CK Team Novus Scientific was formed in December 2009 and achieved Swedish club status shortly thereafter. For several years prior to the formation of the team, CEO Thomas Engström and several of his team members rode together as an amateur club under his previous venture, Radi Medical Systems AB. The team has competed both nationally (in Sweden) and internationally, with talented young female team member, Clara Säll, achieving a podium finish at Singapore’s prestigious OCBC 50km Super Challenge in March 2010.
