Who are we?
The key players in the Novus Scientific of today were previously owners and senior managers of Radi Medical Systems AB (now owned by St Jude Medical Inc). ‘Radi’ pioneered some of the world’s leading devices for interventional cardiology, hemostasis management and radiology. The R&D department began working with resorbable polymers back in 1999.
As Radi Medical Systems, or simply ‘Radi’ as it was commonly known grew into a global business, the talent within its’ ranks swelled to over 350 staff. A substantial number of senior managers had joined the company a young age, growing up within the company, learning the business from the production floor to the leadership team, all the while gaining significant international experience along the way.
Such was the bond between the founder and several of those that consider themselves part of the original ‘Radi family’, that their gradual transition from Radi to Novus was both natural and a key element to the anticipated success of Novus.
