Welcome to our course on optimal abdominal wall closure. Over the past decade, our faculty has collaborated on numerous clinical platforms, recognizing the need to improve surgical practices for better patient outcomes. The course will focus on decision-making and surgical techniques, highlighting the latest evidence to reduce complications like wound infections and incisional hernias. Through short lectures and video-based case discussions, we’ll explore the importance of combining proven strategies with technical excellence.
