You are looking at the profile of a still reasonably young life science professional and sports enthusiast with an academic background in biotechnology engineering.

Henrik has been in the life science arena since 2004 and have gained experiences ranging from start-up medtech to global big pharma – in roles ranging from innovation and development to marketing and sales management. And most things in between. His most relevant achievement is probably co-inventing the TIGR technology and driving the development project that led to TIGR Matrix. Henrik was part of the team that started Novus in 2009, then he left in 2014, but could not stay away and made a comeback as CEO in 2021.

He is also an inglorious baker.

Born in South Africa, raised in France and now living in Sweden but with one foot in the Middle East, Yolande is responsible for driving adoption of TIGR Matrix in the CE-markets. Yolande is a master of everything involving sales training and clinical education, and is your go-to person for sales support. Yolande has been arranging workshops and masterclasses throughout Europe which has been instrumental in growing the TIGR market for the last 5 years
